It took ten month of hard, but enjoyable work, of research and interviews, of writing and walking through the city taking photos. Blessed with living in digital times, we ended up with over 7,000 pictures of which only 111 could be used for the travel guide. So, what to do with the remaining 6,889, plus all those little stories, that didn&#8217;t find their way into the book?\u00a0We decided to share them with you, to tell you more about this magnificent city, with its friendly, pragmatic and resourceful people; where, unlike other global cities, you still feel safe; where only a stone&#8217;s throw away from busy streets and high-rises you find lonely beaches, country parks and more than 260 islands.
